We are not affiliated with SkyWest Airlines, Inc.. This platform is developed independently by volunteer pilots in full compliance with U.S. labor law.
Access is restricted to authorized organizing members. Activity on this site is protected under the Railway Labor Act (RLA), which guarantees airline employees the right to organize and engage in concerted activity. Union representation elections are conducted by the National Mediation Board (NMB).
